When you fly to Milan from somewhere else in Europe, you should fly into Linate. It's much closer to the city.
The first place I go when I arrive in Milan is always the corner of Via Montenapoleone and Via Sant Andrea to see the real heart of the Italian fashion neighborhood.
When I go to Milan I rarely eat pasta—or pizza. Instead, it's a chance to really explore the variety of Italian food.
